Cindy M. Rosen, Executive Director

Cindy Rosen serves as Executive Director of TAPA Americas, where she has led the organization for 14 years. She oversees daily operations, aligning programs and initiatives with TAPA Americas’ mission and strategic goals. Cindy manages staff and collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to support effective governance, organizational sustainability, and financial health. Her expertise includes strategic leadership and planning, governance support, program development, and member engagement. Before joining TAPA Americas, Cindy spent 18 years in hotel management, specializing in association convention planning and revenue management.

Cindy holds master’s and a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a bachelor’s in Hotel Management from Georgia State University.

Jody Atkins, Director of Meetings and Member Services

Jody Atkins serves as Director of Meetings and Member Services for TAPA Americas, overseeing conference planning, membership administration, and member recruitment, retention, and engagement.  Jody brings more than 25 years of association management experience, including 16 years as the owner of an association management company. She has held leadership roles in executive management, meeting planning, communications, and member services, including 14 years as Director of Communications for the State of Maryland Supplemental Retirement Plans. Jody holds a master’s degree in Consumer Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Journalism from the University of Georgia.

Ricky Atkins, Manager of Standards and Training

Rick Atkins serves as Manager of Standards and Training for TAPA Americas, bringing more than 30 years of business management and operational leadership experience to the organization. Throughout his career, he has served as Executive Director for three organizations and held operational roles with Bank of America. His extensive background in leadership, organizational management, and operations supports his work advancing TAPA’s standards, training programs, and commitment to excellence across the supply chain security industry.
